I've always loved Korean side dishes also known as banchan and one dish I have yet to try, but have been dying to eat is the Mayak Egg.  This dish is also know as Drug Eggs because its know to be very addicting to eat.  "Mayak" translates to "drug" in Korean.  This dish is really simple to make and yet it is bursting with flavor.  This side dish is the perfect snack to include for your lunch or even just to have as a snack.

Ingredients:

-10 eggs

-1/2 onion

-pepper

-1 stalk of green onions

-100g soy sauce

-50g sugar

-100g water

Recipe:

1.  Put the eggs in boiling water for 6 minutes (for soft boiled eggs).

2.  Mix the remaining ingredients in a pot (use warm water or boil the mixture to dissolve the sugar).

3.  Place the eggs and sauce in a container and marinate them in the refrigerator for one day to complete the dish.
